      The DivaCup®

It goes where? I have to do what? Yes, you wear The DivaCup in there , in your vagina but we promise, it is not as scary as it sounds. In fact, your body will thank you for giving it the period care it deserves.

The DivaCup is a reusable, bell-shaped menstrual cup that is worn internally and sits low in the vaginal canal, collecting rather than absorbing your menstrual flow. Menstrual cups have existed since the 1930s when women were searching for an alternative to the choices of the time. Yet, its breakthrough into the feminine hygiene industry is much more recent.

Many women feel uneasy about changing their menstrual care routine. Years of dealing with the sights and odors of disposable tampons and pads cause the familiar reaction: ick! . The DivaCup empowers women to connect with their bodies and menstrual cycles like never before. Perfect for all activities (on air, land or sea), its easy care and use make for a better period experience. Wear The DivaCup for up to 12 hours without leaks or worry.

     Choose Your Size

Whether you re a junior in high school, junior associate or a coach of your daughter s junior little league team, the DivaCup will fit into your life, not the other way around.

The DivaCup is available in two sizes, Model 1 and Model 2. Your cup size is stamped on the inside rim of the cup. There is a small difference between the two sizes (Model 1 is 1/8? (~0.3 cm) smaller), but it is important to use the recommended sizing to prevent leakage.

Model 1:  Recommended for women under 30 years old who have never delivered vaginally or by caesarean section.

Model 2:  Recommended for women over 30 years old and/or for women who have delivered vaginally or by caesarean section.

took getting use to , but reduced cramps!
You get use to it after a couple cycles, I found I didn't feel as crampy when using it over tampons. Easy to clean. Oh and if you think you have a "heavy flow" seeing that flow in the Diva Cup makes you raise a brow.. crazy how little you actually shed compared to what it seems when you're changing pads so often!

Love this!
I have been using this for about 5 years now and I love the Diva Cup! You never have to worry about running out of tampons, it lasts through the night (this was HUGE for me!), and I've found that my cramps aren't as bad when using it. One thing, it can be a little messy if you don't take it out just right, so I wouldn't recommend using it for camping (or anywhere you wouldn't be able to wash your hands well.) But all in all, I am so glad to have found the Diva Cup!

Life changing
I started using menstrual cups 12 years ago, and I haven't looked back since. So liberating to be free of pads and tampons, you never have to worry about last minute dashes to the store to pick up more, and the reduction of costs to you and garbage produced is amazing. Very easy to use (but does take a little getting used to), and I have never had a leak. I recommend this highly to every woman!!

Life changing!
The diva cup completely changed my periods, which are so heavy for the first two days - other products just didn't cut it. Love that I'm not using chemical laden products. I tell every woman I know to buy one.

Quality good, fit not so much
Before I got pregnant the size one fit great. Afterwards, it was too long and I ended up switching to a different brand with a shorter cup. Using childbirth as the determining factor in cup size choice is rather inaccurate. Flow level, muscle tone, and cervix height are more useful.

Love the diva cup
I have been using the diva cup for almost 10 years and it's amazing. I only empty twice a day and otherwise I just carry on with my life! I love not having to buy disposable pads and tarpons. The diva has paid for itself many times over. I never worry about leaking and have used it while swimming and during yoga.

Life changing!
I love this menstrual cup! It took 1 cycle to get the hang of it, and it is soooo much better than pads/tampons. It can be left in for 12 hours which is very convenient for overnight or going to work. It makes it (almost) feel like I'm not even on my period. I use a pantiliner overnight on the first night and for the first day when my flow is heaviest just in case but have rarely gotten any leaks. Super easy to clean (I use Diva Wash) and care for. And I get less cramps when using it which is a huge bonus! Highly highly recommend!

A life changer
I've been using the Diva cup for a few years now and it has been a life changer! Tampons never felt comfortable for me, I think it's because they suck up all the moisture and leave everything too dry. The Diva cup just keeps the blood in without drying things out and feels much more comfortable than a tampon. With it, I could finally stop using pads!

Worth it!
These have a bit of a learning curve, but they're so worth it once you get it, IMO. I don't worry about leaks anymore, and I'm very happy not to be buying disposable products any more.

Convenient
I'm still getting the hang of my cup; there is definitely a learning curve, but so far I love it! I find it really comfortable!
