Product Details

Because of their generous size, these inserts make great infant pre-folds and can be snappied or layed in a wrap style cover.

Each insert measures approximately 15" x 15" (12" x 14" after washing) and can be folded once to make 4 layers of Hemp (6 for the super absorbent 3 layered inserts) or twice to make 6 layers (9 for the super absorbent 3 layered inserts).

One 2 layer insert is great for average wetters for daytime use and two at night.
Super absorbent 3 layer inserts are the perfect all night solution for older babies or for very heavy wetters during the daytime.*

These inserts are completely customizable to meet every baby s needs.

Hemp is a great choice for diapers because of it s durability and it s absorbency. Antimicrobial properties make hemp a healthy choice as well.

Favourite insert ever!
I <3 the AMP 2 layer hemp. I use it in AMP, AppleCheeks, Ella Bella Bum, assorted WAHM diapers, Charlie Banana, and just about any other diaper! It's trim, absorbent, and just fits so perfectly in a variety of diapers. (Some I trifold, others I bifold.)

Very absorbant
These inserts are trim, yet suprisingly absorbant. The only downside is that they are very rough and stiff when line dried.

Super absorbant, but not quite as soft as AMP's bamboo inserts. I find they also end up looking ratty faster than the bamboo ones. Not a huge deal and totally aesthetic, but they don't seem to keep their appearance as much to me.

Great for my heavy wetter
I had no success with pockets and microfibre, so I stuck to AIOs and Fitteds until recently. I decided to try a pocket diaper again, and bought this insert. I prepped it three times. I folded it twice (trifold). It stood up very well to my heavy wetter. I love it!

Work well
These work really well in pocket cloth diapers. Fairly thick but hold a good amount of liquid. Love using these during the day but haven’t tried at night yet. They price point is nice as well. Slightly less expensive than other trifold boosters.

Absorbent
These are quite a bit thicker than expected based on the reviews, but the absorbency is great. Make sure you wash and dry half a dozen times before using as they shed quite a bit and it's not easy picking hemp lint off baby.

Great, but make a big mess when prepping
These were recommended to me by an employee at the store when I was looking for a cotton/hemp insert for my Rumparooz one size pocket diapers and was hoping to find something trimmer too. The hemp 6r soakers from Kanga Care are on the pricier side, so I was also looking for a more economical option. After three washes for prepping, they are already working great, and they haven’t hit their max absorbency yet! Once shrunk, they fit the Rumparooz great by folding in half. I was expecting to have to fold intro thirds, but half is better. I plan to get more, but because of this, I will likely order the three layer version instead. Warning: if you don’t want fluff bits all over everything, prep them separately – I’m a little peeved that they made a mess of all my pockets. It will eventually all come off, but it was irritating for sure!

Just okay
These for me are just ok! They are super soft but over time tend to get stuff. They do however hold a lot so for that I give them 4 stars

Most versatile inserts ever!
These are the inserts I have been usig the most since my baby's birth and by far! I love them! I started to use them the first few weeks as prefolds with a pin under a cover (the snappy didn't work well with them), then folded in 3 as inserts with the newborn microfiber inserts on top in my Bumgenius pocket diapers for nighttime and car ride or whenever I needn't a bullet proof solution until my baby was around 8 months old, then I used them instead of the full-size microfiber inserts most diaper change with my pocket diapers until my baby was around 13 months old, then folded in 2 as inserts in my Flip and Blueberry capri covers with a 2 layer Applecheeks bamboo insert on top. My baby is 20 months now and I still use this last solution in my rotation. They are a bit ratty and stiff after so much use so I prefer to use them underneath a bamboo insert, but they're still very absorbant.
