They don't really hold in place, they are the last I use. However the design is great.

To be honest, I totally bought these for the gorgeous black floral pattern on the back, which is just as pretty in person. However, these pads are definitely not my favourite. They leaked a smidge, slipped around in my underwear and got pretty horribly stained (much worse than other pads I have). They did the trick for my postpartum period but I won't be buying more and I definitely don't reach for them first.
