Omaiki Lotus Feminine Pads - Mini-Maxi

I think this size of pad is perfect for a regular period - it's big enough to provide decent coverage but small enough so you don't feel like anything is there. I wore these for the majority of my postpartum time (week 1.5-6) with everything from a medium flow to light spotting/discharge. They served me well, although they are now pilly and stained ?? For the quality I'd give a lower rating.
