      The DivaCup®

It goes where? I have to do what? Yes, you wear The DivaCup in there , in your vagina but we promise, it is not as scary as it sounds. In fact, your body will thank you for giving it the period care it deserves.

The DivaCup is a reusable, bell-shaped menstrual cup that is worn internally and sits low in the vaginal canal, collecting rather than absorbing your menstrual flow. Menstrual cups have existed since the 1930s when women were searching for an alternative to the choices of the time. Yet, its breakthrough into the feminine hygiene industry is much more recent.

Many women feel uneasy about changing their menstrual care routine. Years of dealing with the sights and odors of disposable tampons and pads cause the familiar reaction: ick! . The DivaCup empowers women to connect with their bodies and menstrual cycles like never before. Perfect for all activities (on air, land or sea), its easy care and use make for a better period experience. Wear The DivaCup for up to 12 hours without leaks or worry.

     Choose Your Size

Whether you re a junior in high school, junior associate or a coach of your daughter s junior little league team, the DivaCup will fit into your life, not the other way around.

The DivaCup is available in two sizes, Model 1 and Model 2. Your cup size is stamped on the inside rim of the cup. There is a small difference between the two sizes (Model 1 is 1/8? (~0.3 cm) smaller), but it is important to use the recommended sizing to prevent leakage.

Model 1:  Recommended for women under 30 years old who have never delivered vaginally or by caesarean section.

Model 2:  Recommended for women over 30 years old and/or for women who have delivered vaginally or by caesarean section.

took getting use to , but reduced cramps!
You get use to it after a couple cycles, I found I didn't feel as crampy when using it over tampons. Easy to clean. Oh and if you think you have a heavy flow seeing that flow in the Diva Cup makes you raise a brow.. crazy how little you actually shed compared to what it seems when you're changing pads so often!

Love this!
I have been using this for about 5 years now and I love the Diva Cup! You never have to worry about running out of tampons, it lasts through the night (this was HUGE for me!), and I've found that my cramps aren't as bad when using it. One thing, it can be a little messy if you don't take it out just right, so I wouldn't recommend using it for camping (or anywhere you wouldn't be able to wash your hands well.) But all in all, I am so glad to have found the Diva Cup!

Quality good, fit not so much
Before I got pregnant the size one fit great. Afterwards, it was too long and I ended up switching to a different brand with a shorter cup. Using childbirth as the determining factor in cup size choice is rather inaccurate. Flow level, muscle tone, and cervix height are more useful.

Life changing
I started using menstrual cups 12 years ago, and I haven't looked back since. So liberating to be free of pads and tampons, you never have to worry about last minute dashes to the store to pick up more, and the reduction of costs to you and garbage produced is amazing. Very easy to use (but does take a little getting used to), and I have never had a leak. I recommend this highly to every woman!!

Life changing!
The diva cup completely changed my periods, which are so heavy for the first two days - other products just didn't cut it. Love that I'm not using chemical laden products. I tell every woman I know to buy one.

Still getting the hang of this, but it works
It took a bit of practice the first few periods (try watching some videos online about alternative cup folding), but I think I am close to getting the hang of the Diva Cup. You cannot feel it when it is in (which is awesome), and it was a lot more pleasant than tampons post birth. I would say pair it with a reuseable pantyliner, and you're golden.

Must have for eco friendly periods!
The diva cup is a much better alternative to chemical laden environmentally damaging feminine hygiene products. It does take a little while to get used to it and to figure out your best methods of use and removal. It helps to cut the stem short and/or turn it inside out!

Life changing
Seriously. My size 1 lasted years. I changed sizes after a c-section. My size 1 still fit but size 2 did work a bit better. I agree with another reviewer that giving birth is not necessarily the most accurate indication of size. I highly recommend this product. I will never go back to anything else.

Never going back to disposables!
Menstrual cups are amazing, and these are great! It does have a learning curve, but that's to be expected. There are many resources out there to make the process easier, so definitely do your research before trying it to save yourself the possible discomfort and mess.

Love it!
I love my Diva Cup! I even forget I have my periods when using it. It took 2 cycles to use it perfectly, but now I find it very easy to use. Reduced my cramping. I got the size 1 even though I had a vaginal birth because I'm petite and practice yoga/pilates.
