The Thirsties Natural Duo Inserts includes two absorbent inserts that gives a diaper 8 layers of absorbency! The top insert of this two-insert system is constructed of three layers of organic cotton.. The bottom insert consists of 5 layers of our super-absorbent 55% hemp - 45% organic cotton jersey. These 2 inserts may be used individually or snapped together so you have 4 different absorbency and size options.
