The title says it all. This soap is simple and easy to use. I got the lavender scent.
Honestly, I was so so reluctant to use wool covers because I was so worried about the washing. I thought I was going to accidentally ruin my covers or find the wash routine too complex. I resisted for a long time, but after waking up with SOAKED sheets one too many times, I took the plunge. This wool wash has made washing covers so easy for me! It was literally 5 minutes of hands on time total, not including soaking and drying time. Also, the grapefruit scent is subtle but really nice!
Super easy to use and it smells divine! I bought the Jasmine scent and it's nice and light. I will definitely buy again and try a different scent.
I recently starting using wool covers and Euclan was what a lot of people were using so I bought a bottle. It is so easy to use and I like that I don't have to rinse afterwards :) I have the unscented and grapefruit but can hardly tell the difference, the scent is so faint. A little bit of Eucalan can be added when melting the lanolin to help it dissolve evenly.
Y'know, I used this to prep woollens I had knitted, and found it easy to dissolve in the water and pleasantly scented (eucalyptus). And then I learned a little more about cloth diapering and was dismayed to learn that cloth mamas DO NOT recommend this for washing wool covers, because the lanolin prevents you from washing all the poo out. WHAT?? Why is this a recommended wash, then? I regret buying it, as apparently everyone considers Unicorn to be the standard. Not sure how much use this bottle will get...
