• Before first use, gently pull the bottle nipple in all directions and carefully inspect it for any signs of weakness or damage.
• Always sterilize new nipples before use.
• Check bottle nipples regularly, replacing them every 4-8 weeks or at the first sign of damage or weakness.

• Natural latex nipples can be sterilized by the scalding method. Place clean nipples in a clean bowl with enough boiling water to cover them completely. Soak for 5 minutes. Carefully remove nipples and place on towel to dry. Squeeze out any excess water from the nipple valve.
